Good to see this Dinesh :) Just one point, when you are talking about someone like this, you are right to introduce them with their full name the first time you mention them. After that, you should refer to them by their surname rather than their first name, as calling him 'Gary' is a very informal, and sounds as though you know him personally. So you would have written, 'Rydstrom has received the opportunity to work with his mentor...'
